How we deliver · The Dark Factory™
A production line for everything we ship.
Five proprietary pipelines — one for each class of release we ship — plus a sixth we stand up for whatever your mission ships. Specifications enter continuously; every stage clears programmatic checks, AI evaluation, and human sign-off; and accreditation evidence accrues from the first commit. The line is also a loop: findings from every evaluation gate — failed checks, AI-review flags, human review notes — feed the next round of specs, so the factory sharpens with every run.

RUN 2381 · CHECKS 9/9
Diagram of the Dark Factory delivery pipeline. Specifications of every kind, written by people, arrive continuously and converge on a specification gate at the factory wall — the barrier to entry: no spec enters the line without clearing it. Inside the sealed factory, three verification gates each apply three validation layers: programmatic, ai evaluation, human sign-off. A signed release exits and fans out into the releases this line ships: software, data, models, decisions. Evidence accrues on a ledger at every gate — 1,284 artifacts this run, reviewed by people. A feedback loop returns what the evaluation gates find — failed checks, AI-review findings, human review notes — to the specification gate, sharpening the next round of specs before they enter the line. Fabricated illustrative data.
The line, in detail
Five standing pipelines. A sixth built for you.
Each pipeline takes its own kinds of specs and ships its own class of releases — through the same sealed, triple-validated pattern.

Custom Software
Hale Data Sciences Dark Factory Software Pipeline™
The factory takes approved specifications and returns accredited software. Between those two points it runs dark — building, verifying, and hardening every release without manual intervention — and the security and NIST 800-53 evidence your assessors ask for is emitted as a by-product of delivery, not a documentation sprint at the end. What the spec promised is exactly what each release is verified against.

Data Pipelines & Enclaves
Hale Data Sciences Dark Factory Data Pipeline™
Data products ship with software discipline. Schema, quality, privacy, and governance commitments are agreed in the spec, and the factory verifies them on every run — so the pipelines, curated datasets, and research enclaves it releases arrive already governed, with lineage and evidence attached.

Predictive & Vision Models
Hale Data Sciences Dark Factory Machine Learning Pipeline™
Every model — classification, regression, forecast, or vision — begins as a signed-off specification: intended use, performance thresholds, fairness constraints. The pipeline holds the model to that agreement for its entire life, from the first training run through production monitoring — and if a model ever drifts outside its commitments, the factory acts before your program has to. A review board can audit the whole trail without our help.

Language & Agentic AI
Hale Data Sciences Dark Factory AI Systems Pipeline™
AI systems are held to a behavioral standard agreed up front: what the system must do, must refuse, and must escalate to a human. The pipeline verifies that standard adversarially before anything reaches users, and keeps verifying it in production — so trust in the system rests on accumulated evidence, not vendor assurances.

Dashboards & Decision Support
Hale Data Sciences Dark Factory Decision Pipeline™
The last mile ships from a factory too. Dashboards, geospatial views, automated reports, and embedded decision support are released through the same gated line — so every number a leader sees traces back to governed data, validated models, and a spec someone signed.

Custom for Your Needs
Your Dark Factory Pipeline™
The line is a pattern, not a fixed catalog. If your mission ships something the five standing pipelines don't cover, we stand one up for it — your spec kinds, your release class, your sign-off authorities — and it inherits everything the line guarantees: sealed stages, three layers of validation at every gate, and evidence accruing from the first run.
